Founder & Recruiting Director

BrightPath Recruiting was founded by Fayqwana Andrew, a recruiting leader with experience across sales, operations, leadership, and talent coordination, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Her career spans leadership roles from Operational Program Director to Sales Director and Recruiting Coordinator, providing a deep, real-world understanding of what it takes for teams to perform consistently and scale effectively.

With formal training in psychology and hands-on leadership experience, Fayqwana understands that strong hiring goes far beyond resumes. It’s about communication styles, behavioral patterns, accountability, and how people actually perform in real work environments.
